Mercury Marine has presented MacDougalls’ Cape Cod Marine Service of Falmouth, MA with its prestigious Service Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for 2024.

Mercury Marine’s Service CSI Program evaluates the consumer satisfaction level after warranty work has been performed on their Mercury Marine product. MacDougalls’ earned the Service CSI Award for its consistent commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, as demonstrated by the feedback from customers who had warranty work performed at the dealership in the past year.

Each dealer’s CSI score is monitored by Mercury Marine. After warranty work is completed, Mercury sends a survey to consumers asking them to rate their service experience. To qualify for the Service CSI Award, a dealer must achieve an average CSI survey score of 94 or higher out of 100. The survey evaluates overall service satisfaction and whether the consumer would return to the dealership in the future.

Tracking Service CSI scores helps Mercury assess both the effectiveness of individual dealers and its own policies and training programs. Dealers who excel in the Service CSI surveys are honored through this awards program.
