48’ Viking — Repower
Work has officially wrapped up on this 48’ Viking repower, completed by the team at MacDougalls’ in collaboration with Casco Bay Diesel.
The project centered around the installation of twin MAN 1200 engines, requiring extensive preparation throughout the engine room to properly fit and align the new power package. Once the engines were set in place, the team worked through final transmission installation, system integration, plumbing, wiring, and alignment to bring the entire repower together.
